Launch Pad-After School Programs

Launching Fall 2026 in Bridgeton, Missouri

We believe vision motivates. When youth have hope for their future, they will begin to reject cycles of poverty, crime and addiction.

In our after school programs we offer academic, extra-curricular, and social-emotional support to inspire youth to gain a vision for their lives.  Our goal is to build confidence that they can succeed even if something is difficult by obtaining new skills.

Career/Extra-Curricular Skills: Volunteers, mentors, career coaches and community partners will inspire and train youth on a variety of possible career paths and life skills including but not limited to: computer and software programming, fine arts, finance, sports, music, STEM, etc.

Academic support: Volunteers will support the youth in our program with reading and math homework.  Through the use of curriculum (technology-based) students will increase their proficiency levels and study habits and skills.

Social-Emotional Support: Mentors will host circles where students talk about the issues that affect them. By providing care, compassion, and practical skills-students will learn to manage their feelings and build positive relationships.
