Launch Pad Student Enrollment Form

Launch Pad is a one-day after school program designed for middle school students (Grades 6-8) in North County. It is more than just your average after school program. It combines academic support, mentoring, life skills, and hands-on enrichment opportunities in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Launch Pad is hosted at Expansion Church (4161 Cypress Road) on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-6pm.

Fall Semester 2026: September 9th-November 18th

Spring Semester 2027: January 20th-April 28th

Once enrollment has been received, we will contact you regarding registration fees (including scholarships and payment plans) and other program details. We are excited to meet you and your student!

The cost for a student to participate in Launch Pad After School Programs is $50 per semester. Please select the following payment options that best applies. (required)

  • We expect students to put phones and devices away during program time except for emergency parental communication only (communicated with program staff and volunteers).
  • No nuts of any kind nor peanut butter allowed on program property.
  • We expect students will attend weekly and participate in activities, absence, notify us? 
  • We expect students will show respect and kindness to staff and other students. Bullying and physical altercations are not allowed. 
  • We expect that parents/guardians work together with us to ensure students participation and success.  
  • Ensure plans are arranged to pick up student(s) on time. 
  • The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Registration is not complete until all required forms and fees (or scholarship approvals) have been received.
