Become a Launch Pad Volunteer

Middle school is a pivotal season in a young person’s life. It’s a time when identities are forming, confidence is growing, and students are deciding who they want to become. At Launch Pad, we believe that one caring adult can make a lasting difference.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, encourage students, assist with academic support, lead activities, and create a safe, welcoming environment where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered.

No teaching experience is required—we provide the training, resources, and ongoing support you need to serve with confidence. Whether you’re a college student, working professional, retiree, or simply someone with a heart for the next generation, we’d love to help you find a place to serve.

Launch Pad meets Wednesday afternoons from 3:30–6:00 PM, and we ask volunteers to commit to serving consistently for at least one semester so students can build trusted relationships with the adults who invest in them.

If you’re ready to make a difference in the life of a middle school student, we’d love to get to know you. Complete the form below, and a member of our team will contact you with the next steps.
